This 195 sqm villa, fully air-conditioned and arranged over two levels, ensures a high level of comfort throughout. The spacious living room and dining area can welcome up to 12 guests. The fully equipped kitchen is perfectly designed for large groups, featuring two refrigerators, two freezers, and high-end professional appliances (SMEG range, 5 hobs, 2 ovens, 1 grill). The atmosphere is bright, welcoming, and ideal for sharing special moments together.

The sleeping area accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 comfortable bedrooms, spread over both levels, ensuring maximum privacy for everyone.

Master Suite (Upper floor): King-size bed (180 cm), full bathroom with bathtub, shower, and WC.
