Located in St Jean Cap Ferrat and not far from Beaulieu sur Mer and Villefranche sur Mer, a beautiful and pretty Niçoise rental villa full of charm of 185 square meters located in the heart of Cap Ferrat on a very closed enclosed garden of 1000 square meters with a beautiful private fenced swimming pool of 11x 5.5m (1.50m deep) and close to all amenities.

The Village of St Cap Ferrat is 800 meters away and close to the beach.

Fully equipped and able to accommodate 7 people, this beautiful and large vacation rental villa is composed as follows:

On the ground floor: an open entrance to the living / dining room furnished in Art-Deco style giving access to a covered terrace equipped with a dining area and sunbathing. The kitchen is independent, fully fitted. An independent wc.

On the 1st floor 3 bedrooms: the equipped with a King size bed (180 cm) with 1 mobile air conditioning and direct access to a full bathroom, the second bedroom has a 160 cm bed with it also with 1 mobile air conditioning, the 3rd has a 90 cm bed. A bathroom is adjacent to the 2 bedrooms.

On the garden level, there is a bedroom with 1 double bed of 140cm, a veranda with sliding door, a full bathroom with WC.

The laundry room is also located on the garden level with washing machine and dryer, all opening onto an outdoor terrace with sun loungers.

The Plus for a good holiday !! A cleaning lady spends 2 times a week (2 afternoons and 2 times 3 hours) for general maintenance of the villa.

Pets allowed on request. Deposit 1500 euros. Car park.
