Independent arrival: once your booking is complete, access codes to the property gate and the house will be sent to you.

- The garden, swimming pool, sunbeds and outdoor shower are for the exclusive use of travellers. The pool is available from the beginning of April to the end of September.
- As for parking, the car park and its access are shared with the occupants of the other two flats.


WIFI is available throughout the property with the possibility of teleworking.
Bed linen and towels as well as shower gel and shampoo are provided.

Early check-in (12:00 noon instead of 5:00 p.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m.) are options available up to 10 days before the start of your stay.
These options are available in exchange for a fee of 30% of the average price of a night, except for a late check-out on Sunday when the fee will be 50% of the average price of a night.

Parties are not allowed and we have an alert system in place if the decibel limit is repeatedly exceeded (without sound recording).
