VILLA WITH SWIMMING POOL, AIR CONDITIONING, PAISIBLE VIEW: This stone Provencal villa is located in Vence on the Côte d'Azur, between Cannes and Monaco. An oasis of peace and privacy, it is just 10 minutes from the medieval Roman town of Vence. It is also 12 minutes from the new 'Polygone Riviera', Europe's leading lifestyle shopping centre, with 10 cinemas (a real hit with teenagers and shoppers alike!). The villa is decorated in a romantic and elegant Provencal style, with antiques and magnificent paintings.
Not far from the picturesque medieval artists' village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup and Saint-Paul-de-Vence, it offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The landscaped garden is planted with many varieties of palm trees, flowers and olive trees.
An outdoor barbecue area with two round stone tables seats 8. The villa has three terraces: one with a gazebo and sun loungers, another with sun loungers, and a number of sun loungers and a parasol in front of the pool. The outdoor swimming pool is between 0.90 m and 2 m deep. Parking for three cars, private grounds. Outdoor table tennis table and space for outdoor fitness exercises.
The villa comprises a very large reception room with dining area. A beautiful living room with exposed beams and fireplace. A large sitting area with comfortable leather sofas can accommodate up to 10 people.
A dining room for up to 8/9 people is also available. Internet/Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The kitchen, equipped with a table and chairs for 5 people, opens directly onto the main terrace, where two large stone tables are set up for breakfast, lunch and dinner under the stars. It is equipped with an electric cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The villa has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 3 bathrooms/showers/WC, as well as a separate WC in the main house.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms and the kitchen. A single sofa bed is available in the living room.
The villa is just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Vence, a medieval village dating back to the 12th century, with its many art galleries and picturesque streets. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away. The Mediterranean Sea and its beaches are 15 km away, and many sailing clubs offer activities such as catamaran sailing, windsurfing and diving.
The house is situated on the edge of a forest. We can provide a cot and high chair.
