Welcome to this magnificent 110m² air-conditioned villa in Vence, ideal for family holidays or a getaway with friends. Spanning two floors, this villa provides all the comfort needed for a memorable stay.
Upon entering, you are greeted by two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, ensuring peaceful nights. A bathroom with a shower is also located on this level, offering all the necessities for your comfort.
Heading upstairs, you arrive in a vast living-dining area. Here, you can relax on comfortable sofas in front of the television after a busy day. The kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine, allows you to prepare delicious meals. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your use. Internet access is available throughout the house, allowing you to stay connected.
Outside, a charming garden lounge awaits you for relaxing moments in the open air. A covered area with a barbecue and a large table offers the possibility of enjoying outdoor meals. A parking space is also available for your car.
The villa is ideally located just 5 km by car from a supermarket for your daily shopping and 6 km from downtown Vence, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The Maeght Foundation Museum, famous for its sculptures and works by 20th-century artists like Calder, Miró, and Chagall, is only a 5-minute drive away. Saint-Paul-de-Vence, a historic village known for its art galleries and picturesque ambiance, is a 10-minute drive away. Nice Airport is easily accessible, just 15 km by car.

For your convenience, the establishment provides you with towels and bed linen at no additional cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly intended for family use. By making this reservation, you commit to not organizing any festivities. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for individuals under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins must be scheduled by appointment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 PM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No arrivals can take place after 11:00 PM. Additionally, check-ins must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
As for check-outs, they are also conducted by appointment between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Early departures are possible from 6:00 AM for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to approval by our services. No departures can occur before 6:00 AM. Arrivals are allowed on an exceptional basis only between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection to our Channel manager and partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €1200 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure.
If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a breach of the above-mentioned conditions on your part. In such a case, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this scenario
