This studio was refurbished in January 2022 and has great amenities such as WIFI, reversible air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine and coat rack.

This charming, air-conditioned 24m² studio is ideally located in the pedestrian zone, allowing you to enjoy the old town of Antibes on foot. The apartment boasts tasteful decor and is close to all amenities.
It is composed of:
- A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people
- A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a dining area for 2 at the bar
- Dishwasher, oven, kettle, coffee machine
- A shower room and toilet with towel dryer, hair dryer
- A small laundry room with washing machine and area for putting away coats

We can pick you up at the train station (depending on availability). Please request in advance, thank you.
You can explore the entire region even without a car. Antibes train station is a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily reach Juan-les-Pins, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Vingtimille (Italy), or San Remo (Italy) for their famous markets.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the residence. When you open the living room shutters, you'll have direct access to the pedestrian street Fourmillière! For your privacy, curtains will be on the inside!
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
