This apartment is ideally located as it is only 100 meters from Place de Gaulle, as well as 200m from the old town of Antibes where you will find many shops and restaurants.
The nearest beach, Plage de la Gravette, is a 10-minute walk away.
This accommodation is composed of:
- Spacious entrance with storage/wardrobe
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, hair dryer and storage
- A lounge area with sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, WIFI
- Fully equipped American kitchen with a dining bar (hotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, blender, coffee machine)
- A double bedroom with a storage closet, air conditioning.
- Loggia-style terrace: spacious and accessible from the living room and bedroom. You can therefore keep it closed to keep the air conditioning cool or open it completely to enjoy the outdoors.

We will be waiting for you in front of the apartment on the day of your arrival to welcome you and hand over the keys upon your arrival. Please note that arrivals are no later than 8 p.m.

Guests have access to the entire apartment except for one bedroom which remains closed.
The apartment is located at 1 boulevard su président Wilson, just 100 meters from Place du général de Gaulle and 400 meters from the famous Picasso Museum located in the old town of Antibes.
In the surrounding area, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, and amenities. This location is ideal because it's right next to old Antibes, nestled within the ramparts of this historic district, where it's a joy to wander.
Bus stop 200 (to/from Nice Airport) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
The train station is located a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
To fully enjoy these small pedestrian streets, I recommend that you park your vehicle in one of the private car parks such as QPark.
Sheets and bath towels are included in the rental price (one set of sheets per bed upon arrival, 1 bath towel per person, beach towel not provided)
A small soap per person on arrival, a roll of toilet paper, a tea towel, a bath mat on arrival!
Housekeeping is also included in the rental price. Dishes must be cleaned and trash disposed of.
Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
