Magnificent A/C apartment with 2 bedrooms, modern in the very beautiful Musicians district. A neat and bright decoration, with its large balcony and large terrace. Calm at a few minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches.

Located on the 1st floor of an Art Deco residence with a lift for two people and a security gate entrance.

If you choose Les Musiciens, you will be a few minutes walk from the beach, ten minutes from the pedestrian zone, and fifteen minutes from the Old town. It is a residential area so there are plenty of supermarkets and some excellent bakeries within easy reach. The apartment is located close to the new tram station stop – Jardin Alsace Lorraine. Well located for public transport, there are plenty of bus stops nearby and the train station is about a 5 minutes walking

The living room opens on a large balcony. The large terrace is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining with an awning if you want some shade. With its modern artistic decor and soft colors, this spacious living room is equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a large ottoman and coffee tables.
There is a TV, sound system and Wi-Fi. If you choose to dine indoors, there is a large table just in front of the kitchen.

Bright and spacious, the kitchen is open on the dining room with a magnificent counter and its four stools. Very well equipped with an oven, microwave, 4 hotplates, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, everything is therefore at your fingertips.
BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms have similar size. They have traditional shutters, cupboards, parquet flooring and bay windows opening onto the large terrace. Good mattresses ensure optimal comfort and deep sleep.
The master bedroom is decorated with warm, natural tones and features a king-size bed and two nightstands with reading lights. A desk and its reading lamp is at your disposal. Decorated in soft tones, the second bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables fitted with reading lamps. The bedroom has enough space to accommodate a cot.
BATHROOM
Recently renovated, the elegant bathroom is equipped with a shower and sink, toilet and a towel rack.
