Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, this charming apartment welcomes you for a pleasant stay in Nice.
It includes a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a functional shower room. The dining area has a table and chairs, while the comfortable living room features a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), ideal for accommodating extra guests. In addition, you can enjoy two balconies to get some fresh air and admire the view.
You will particularly appreciate the freshness and brightness of this space.
Everything you need for a wonderful stay is provided, including a television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and oven. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee, ensuring a worry-free stay.
Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in the accommodation, but you will have access to parking during your stay.
