SEA VIEW PENTHOUSE In Villefranche/Mer ideally located in the heart of the Old Town with a very beautiful panoramic sea view, Le MARY JANE is a large penthouse with an area of 120 square meters that can accommodate 8 people.
It is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT elevator. Amenities, shops, restaurants and public transport are 200 meters from the apartment.
The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed. then the 2 other bedrooms with a 140cm bed each. There are 2 bathrooms, one with bath and and 1 toilet ,the other with shower and 1 toilet. A large living/dining room and an independent equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. Air conditioning in the 2 largest bedrooms and fans for the others.
On the 2nd floor you will find the lounge/dining room opening onto a balcony with a beautiful sea and garden view and equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, you will have a large space with office area, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and the other with bath and toilet, plus a terrace in Saint-Tropez to relax!
