VILLA GAIRAUT is a superb contemporary villa with swimming pool in Gairaut on the Heights of Nice, quiet in a private enclosed domain and benefiting from magnificent amenities: the view is SPECTACULAR over the city and the Baie des Anges.

With a living area of approximately 220 m² located on a beautiful landscaped garden of 300 m², composed of a large living and dining room with contemporary furnishings, an open independent kitchen and large windows opening onto the garden, the terrace and the swimming pool. Continuing on from the living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds (140cm) and en-suite shower room, separate toilet with hand basin.
On the 1st floor, the master bedroom with en-suite bath and shower, a double bed (180cm) and a 4th bedroom with double bed (140cm) and bathroom with WC.

On the ground floor, garage for 2 cars, the 1st floor with a laundry room and a gym.
The pool area has a pool-house with WC and shower, sun loungers, pizza oven, barbecue, a shaded bowls game
Infant not recommended.
