Located in Nice, this villa is a 165 square meter fully air-conditioned, seasonal rental villa with beautiful views of the hills, with a 4 x 8 swimming pool (1.60 meter deep) and 2 parking spaces. Dining area next to the swimming pool with lounge area and deckchair. The villa can accommodate 6 people.

You can easily reach the city center of Nice, its Promenade des Anglais and the beach in just 15 minutes.

The villa is composed as follows: On the ground floor a spacious living / dining room opening onto the garden and terrace, flat screen TV.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave oven, dining area, tumble dryer etc.
A separate toilet

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms:
