A 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa, equipped for 6/7 people, nestled in the heights of the Hills of Nice-Gairaut, less than 15 minutes from the beaches of NICe and from the airport, and 45 minutes from the ski resorts in the Nice hinterland.
Pretty enclosed garden on either side of the villa, parking and a shared swimming pool for the entire residence.
The villa is quiet while not isolated and close to numerous walks, the Gairaut waterfall and pretty villages in the immediate vicinity of the town. The access road takes you directly to the main arteries of the Alpes Maritimes, making it easy to access everything.
