The Arenas district

The Arenas district in Nice :  founded in 1985, Arenas is an old business district in Nice. Built in the same way as Nice on the plain or the Forum Nord, Saint-Isidore and two others which are still under construction, Arenas district is located at the south-west end of the city. To the west, it is bounded by the river Var and detached from the Saint-Augustin district by the national road 7.

In its beginnings, construction was predestined to accommodate a few corporate offices. A little later, it became a business park spread out over 17 hectares, or about 175.000m2 of offices. Today, the trail is in full swing because the space it occupies has become colossal. The arena houses countless glass buildings scattered over 350,000 m2 of offices in almost the northern part of the district.
